If you have a room reserved through LVGEA’s room block at the JW Marriott and are staying after Tuesday night September 10th (perhaps you are staying for the rest of the week with Metro Chamber), you will have 2 reservations to accommodate your stay. There is nothing you will need to do as the JW Marriott already has this information and you will be able to stay in the same room.
Upon your arrival at the hotel, there will be a check-in table with the Metro Chamber who will have your welcome packet. If you arrive late, LVGEA will have your welcome packet waiting in our event conference room Monday morning which is the “State Meeting Room” on the M level of the hotel. There will be LVGEA signage.
Business casual for Sunday night reception and LVGEA’s Monday sessions, black tie for Monday night’s Nevada State Dinner Gala, business professional for Tuesday, business casual for Tuesday night’s Nevada Lights Up the Capitol reception
