LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas is already known as the entertainment capital of the world, but it could soon be the drone conference capital of the world as Nevada continues to be an attractive proving ground for the growing industry.
On a 10-acre parcel, nestled near US 95 and Wagonwheel Drive, drones are taking to the skies.
“The beauty of this site is location, location, location,” said Dr. Chris Walach, director of the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems.
Walach said Nevada is on the cutting edge of drone testing.
